WordPress developer pricing & rates
How much does a WordPress developer cost? With me, most projects run from $900 for a focused business site to $4,500+ for a custom WooCommerce store, plus monthly care plans from $49. Every project gets a fixed, itemized quote after a short discovery chat — the ranges below are a realistic starting point.

Pricing questions
Every WordPress project is different — pages, integrations, content and complexity all affect cost. The ranges show realistic starting points; after a short discovery chat you get one fixed, itemized quote with no hidden extras.
Most projects are billed in milestones — typically a deposit to begin and the balance at agreed stages. Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime.
Small one-off fixes can be quoted as a flat fee or billed against your care-plan hours. For ongoing clients, included change time usually covers routine tweaks at no extra cost.
Aside from optional care plans, you'll have your own hosting and domain costs, plus any premium plugin or theme licences your project needs. I always list these transparently in your quote.
